MDOT SPEC Class II Sand - Screened
Composed of stones 3/8" or smaller along with some clay and silt this material compacts nicely and offers better drainage than fill sand. Typically used as a base under pavers, driveways, roadways, parking lots and walkways.

- Overburden material - Mix of sand/clay. Will contain roots, rocks, sod chunks, etc. Perfect for large filling projects where large amounts of material are required. This is our most budget friendly material!
Top Soil - Unscreened - May contain rocks, roots, trash, etc. Good for planting areas that don't require screened material.
